6 months agoHey folks, I've passed this on and we've opened an investigation. If you can remember any specifics that led to this appearing in-game (like an update or an error message), or any steps the team should take to reproduce the issue, that'd be great and would help speed things up.

@GrumpyBedlam, the Reddit thread should be enough for now, but if AHQ is not cooperating down the line and you're looking to share a video, others have worked it by uploading it on YouTube and sharing the link.

This possibly started around the time of the Route 66 update, going by what some others have been saying on a fan page about it.

The issue is still not resolved but I really can't be bothered starting a new conversation with a bot, only to be told to raise the issue here as well as the standard script suggestions such as check for updates, deleting the game etc. It's all a bit too tedious really 😞 - 6 months ago
Yes, the in-game support is nowhere helpful, and they don't even talk in real time.

I did as they asked and started a topic about it here in July.
Now back then, they asked me to do various things like uninstall, reinstall and the usual blah blah stuff, including asking me to verify that I am not running the game on an emulator and downloaded it from a reputable source (Play Store) etc. etc.
Yesterday in this game of snakes n ladders I am now back to square one, confirming AGAIN about the source of the app and that I am not using an emulator.
I have set up the game on another 2 devices and sent their specs to them because the same issue is happening now on 3 different devices.
Basically, we're going nowhere fast with this, especially asking me to do the same things over and over several times.
This is why I am asking if they cannot see the previous conversations
2 or 3 months worth, which up until now is just seeming to have been a complete waste of my time so far 😡
