I am writing this with deep disappointment and a growing sense of anger. I am a loyal, long-term player of SimCity BuildIt with a Level 73 city named eneke teneke tanku. I have invested years of my time and effort into this game, yet I am being treated like a number rather than a valued player.
Your support team is stuck in a loop. They keep asking the same basic questions and providing the same useless automated templates while my problem remains completely ignored. I am facing Error 1100.7 and a total lockout, and instead of a technical solution, I am being met with incompetence. You are running in circles while I am losing access to the city I built over years.
Is this how EA treats its most loyal players? By ignoring their technical issues and offering no real human interaction? I have done everything requested on my end. The failure is now entirely on your side.
I am not asking for a link to a FAQ page. I am demanding a real technician to fix the server-side sync for my account. My loyalty to this game has been met with total disappointment. Do not ignore me any longer.
