Disney - Ads not giving rewards

typical that this is the only issue y'all have responded to in over a week --

you're still straight up ignoring the countless complaints about the destruction of the game by services 2.0. when are you going to address that? where is the big apology? where is the solution? where is the compensation???

It is so frustration. I don’t bother much with anything but basics right now. Nit spending a penny more on this game until the update and all other glitches are sorted. It’s basically unplayable.

Yes to both. Waste of time. That and constant crashing, demands for insane amount of cash to upgrade and the fact they aren’t answering their customer service.

I have the same issue with both the adverts, it’s so frustrating and is spoiling the game

Yep, have noticed that ads are not playing when I try to activate across the game. Sometimes I just have to wait a minute and then can try again and the ad will start. It’s definitely frustrating. I haven’t noticed yet that I haven’t received anything from an ad that does play. But it is still annoying to potentially lose progress or bonuses if ads do not play. This has been happening since the last update.

I have also noticed that about 65% to 70% of ads are now much longer than they have been in the past and more annoyingly you have to click more than twice to get out of the darn thing and get your bonus or whatever. Some ads play for up to 90 second (or more?!). Must be the holidays…

When I tap on advertising balloons (if that's what they are called) nothing happens, the same thing happens with the Royal Blimp, there's no free spins either, there's normally 2 per day.  Also, nothing happens with the daily simcash video.

This has been going on for about a week now. EA might actually do something about this because they'll be losing income from advertising 🤔 

Then again they might be too busy counting all the money the current crop of cashcows will have been sending them this week. 🤣 

Is anyone else having problems with adverts not giving rewards on Sim City Build It? I’m currently finding this with Disney and the Skills one which is so frustrating as I don’t get rewards for watching videos, factory products don’t complete and mayors’ wheel doesn’t pay out. I raised this through the help function but apparently they outsource it now and I’ve ended up being pushed from pillar to post. I’m getting to the end of my tether with this game! 

Same here. No ads from Disney or the skills for life. Tried switching off iPad, clearing cache etc.  Other ads work but rarely appear.  Fed up with it.
