error ref. 201-000-1763709318970

Every time I click on the Earn SimCash on the SimCity BuildIt app, I get a error ref. 201-000-1763709318970 error.   I'm attaching a screenshot, as well.

I'm on an iPadOS Version:  18.6.2

I've rebooted, unloaded the app, reinstalled the app, switched default browsers, and attempted an exorcism.
