Error when logging in through EA login button

Every time I try to backup my city via the EA login button I get an error saying it's unavailable. I can login to Google Play. However I have two capital cities so can't use the Google login as it will overwrite any city I currently have backed up. I don't use Facebook so that's not an option. I have an Android OS on a Samsung phone.
