Game crashing when accessing to Frosty Fjords region - 6 month later

Hello, it's been six months now that I haven't been able to access the Frosty Fjords region, since version 1.69.2. I'm now on version 1.75.1 and it still doesn't work, contrary to what you indicate in other articles (e.g., 12580055). I've tried everything: reinstalling the game, following the troubleshooting steps for iOS, and nothing has worked.
