Game freezing

I have had a problem with the game freezing constantly for the past four months or longer. Customer support (frankly a joke) advise me that I am the only person with this issue???? I get the same old questions and suggestions on how to fix this issue, by closing down/deleting other apps, restarting phone and WiFi etc etc. this used to be a fun relaxing game, now I just get so frustrated and angry.   Is anyone else having this problem to??      EA IF YOU ARE READING THIS, EMPLOY SOMEONE WHO CAN REALLY DO THEIR JOB AND FIX IT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!!!!!!
