Couldn’t agree more! This effect is worse than any other game I play. Sim City started well and has continuously gone downhill and it seems it is speeding up downhill of late… been playing SimCity since versions on DOS/Windows and can’t believe the level of greed apparent with the developers (it’s been the worst since Track Twenty got involved)…. Likely also why the ratings for the game continue to slump….

Get ready for this one.... EA has sold out to an investment firm held by the Saudi Arabians for 55 Billion dollars. Acquisition to be finalized by fiscal 2027 which starts in April 2026. Talk about the ultimate greed!
