Game is offline for days. Now stuck in loop

Simcity Buildit has been offline for days. Now I cannot play anymore because every time I start the game I end up in a loop of a message asking me to claim Club Challenge rewards, then telling me this cannot be done when playing offline, then asking me to claim Club Challenge rewards, then telling me this cannot be done when playing offline, and so on. What can I do?
