I bought 2 of your products from this link https://store.simcitybuildit.com/ for 9.99 each.
One product for 9.99 yesterday and one for 9.99 today.
Where can I get what I bought, which is in the game but isn't there? How can I access the products, please? Thank you.

    If you didn't get what you paid for you're best going through your app store for a refund.
