Expand expansions?

I love the changes you all have made over the last year!  I had lost some interest because it was harder to accomplish things at certain levels… but now that you have regular daily goals, it’s very helpful and motivating!  

Will you consider the idea of letting us select the city we want to expand, please?  The green valley first land segment in particular is one I’d like to expand, as well as the limestone cliffs.  It would be cool if we could play around the river that runs through it or add land in the corners.
