Glitching end in sight?!… please no llamas! :(

Hi, EA, huge fan of your game here and love to play it during breaks throughout the day from work… when it’s not glitching and lagging or just freezing all together as it has been all day today - at the start of a new contest of all days! There are many of us SimCity BuildIt fans who take pride in doing well in your Contests and Design Challenges. So can we please at least get the respect of an explanation for all this unplayability and frustration besides some dumb #&@$ing llamas joke?!? 

I’m sure it’s frustrating for the folks at EA too but perhaps it’d be a little less annoying if your fans had some idea of what was wrong and when we might actually be able to enjoy your game again. Thanks!
