I am frustrates to the point I'm ready to quit. It's telling me I need more power, but my output exceeded the demand. My roads are all connected, the houses are connected to the road, and this makes zero sense. EA, you need to get this fixed.
Can you post a screenshot of where the rest of your power plants are?
I got it to stop by bulldozing several buildings and now it's happening with water.
There are gaps in the road network in your latest screenshot - I can't see how the rest of your roads work, but what happens if you connect those two loose ends to form a direct connection?
Services will only work if they can get to the desired RZs via a direct road connection.
