Global Trade HQ building unavailable

Hi @sgeoi - Is your account linked to a Facebook, Game Center or Google Play account? If no - you can't link your cities and the Global Trade HQ building is unavailable, you probably have a child account and can't use online features. The age at which an account is considered a child account is set by your location. In most countries, the age is 13. Check here to see the age in your country: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/online-access-for-child-accounts/#agerequirements

If you entered your birthdate correctly when you set up your account, you'll get a pop-up notice to "age up" your account once you're able to have a full access account in your country. https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/aging-up-an-origin-account-to-an-adult-account/
