Graphic glitches

Graphic glitches in SimCity BuildIt (iPad) purple pixelated screen and black keep appearing in my city for over 2 months, tried everything (reinstall, update, other device) with no fix. Any solution?...

After switching from iPad Pro 2018 to iPad Pro M5, or using iPhone 17pro, I never saw the glitches anymore
