EA say to report bugs here but ignore us. This has been reported for weeks but still a big problem. I tried to move the material store 5 times and it pixelated and I had to restart every time. It happens when scrolling but mainly when opening the building menu, and usually in the capital city. EA don’t bother any more or listen to players complaining.
If you are on an iPad, go to settings>ipad storage>offload app>reinstall app. This works for me and I’m only having this problem occasionally now.
If I move omega buildings or upgrade roads near the omega buildings I get the pixelation.
On a phone I am not sure if you can do the same but have a look

I have frequently reinstalled the game and it makes no difference. EA have been told numerous times that there are a number of issues with iPads in particular. They are just either not bothered to resolve it or are incompetent.
