After receiving the new seasonal event news and the service update news, I began experiencing the screen freezing and becoming pixelated when attempting to upgrade roads in any of my cities and when trying to dispatch trains. While, I have yet to receive the upgrade that has been announced for the services, I’m not looking forward to additional bugs disrupting game play. Any suggestions as to the screen freezes? As, people are abandoning properties due to traffic congestion. Any help is appreciated.

I don’t know that I can offer a solution, but I can tell you that a lot of other players (myself included) have been experiencing this for a bit. Last season I couldn’t place any of the new buildings without it going black and freezing. I’m going to submit a ticket, but I’m not sure how that will pan out other than add to the count of other players submitting tickets for the same thing. I’ll come back to this thread if I hear anything that’s helpful.
