Graphical glitches in SCBI - Pink Pixelated Frozen Screen

When in Capital City and opening the build icon to choose any of the options to build roads, commercial, industrial, residential buildings or services the game freezes and displays a pink screen. All other functions are operating as intended. This does not happen in any of the other regions. It does not happen when I am playing on my iPhone running the same iOS 26.2.1. I have attempted to troubleshoot (ie: clearing the browser cache along with recommended quick fixes) with no luck :(
