Graphical glitches in SCBI - Pink Pixelated Frozen Screen

I reported this 18 days ago. After multiple times of uploading screenshots every time it happened (and a broken promise from EA it would be fixed in 24 hours) I was told 2 days ago that I should have reported it by the customers services link in the game. I did this only to be told I have to log it as a bug in here. The support EA give is appalling. If they don’t fix this I can’t complete the services update. I said this in the chat and they came back saying services update isn’t a bug! FFS. anyway EA support, here is the info you asked for
 

  • Device iPad Pro 11” 2nd gen
  • iOS version 26.2.1
  • Game version 1.74.2.150717
  • What you were doing when it happened adding a services building into capital city
  • Whether it happens every time or every now and again every time
  • Does troubleshooting help to resolve it temporarily, or not at all? No. Fault only in capital city.
