First it does the circle thing and then the error message (17). Sometimes it just goes black.

I’m wondering if it’s linked to playing on the iPad because it seems like everybody with this issue is using an iPad. I have an account on my phone and I have no issues.

    Yes...

    That would be the case...

    I've spoken to some players where their devices were either too old/too new (least likely).
