how do i exit city "war?"
i never wanted this upgrade, i am uninterested in participating in it, and i am off that ea changed my game so someone else can destroy/attack my city.
this is totally unacceptable sim city!
how do i exit this nonsense!????

Unfortunately, if you are in a club that participates in wars you are stuck with it. So look for Clubs that do not participate in a war and you should be fine. Even if one club member starts a war you are stuck with war. So if you do start your own club that does not do wars, make sure none of the members are promoted to a level about member because a senior member and above can initiate wars.
I feel your pain, I hate the wars too, utterly stupid to call it "SimCity BuildIt" Build after the bombing? Call it, SIMCITY BOMB IT!!!
If you just wait till war is over, city will repair itself. I feel pain too, I downloaded a build t game, not a war game and my club members irritate me with when is next war boss? I would love to say never. Then they don' do what you want, no teamwork, there going off bombing on there own, getting bombed, I'm so tired of it. Or, you can sell the war items too. Good luck, I have seen No war club out there
