If I reinstall, will I get my city back?

My simcity buildit crashes on startup, and it has been like this for 4 days. I have come to this site everyday but so far I haven't seen any solution offered. My question is: if I reinstall, will I get my city back. Thinking of all the time and money I put into building my city, the idea of losing everything and starting over really pains me. Now, I am sure I never created any username/password at the beginning, but I might have seen the game center thingy "welcome back, xxxx" when I launch the game, though I can't swear on that since lots of other games do that too.

You should have no problem getting your city back unless youre experience other bugs. But when you delete the game, be sure to close all open apps and do a hard reset on your device before reinstalling it. This can help clear up certain issues.

Once reinstalled however, you need to play through the tutorial on a new city before getting the option to re sync your device with your old city.

Were you signed in with google, Facebook, or gamecenter? There should be a link button and an option to relink it. If you didn't link it to one of those three before, you can't get it back.&nbsp;

I upgraded my phone and now I can't access my city anymore, I saved it to my Facebook and to my iPhone Game Center but I can't seem to get my city back
