I'm in trouble!!
I need help! I couldn't bulldoze houses on Sim City. The icon of bulldozer appear by gray color, and didn't react when I touch it.

For a better ubderstanding please can you post a screenshot of this building bevor you want to bulldize it and one when you click on it to bulldizid it
Thank you for replying my comment. My revel is 20. And the building which I wanted to bulldoze is the highest level.
Which level has the building you want to bulldoze, if it is 0 you have tu update to level 1 before you can bulldoze it.
