Internet connection

I think it depends on the type of phone you're using sometimes. I play on both a Motorola telephone as well as a OnePlus Nord. Never had the issue with the OnePlus Nord, but with the Motorola one I get the message during almost every play session. I use the same Wifi and everything on both phones, which is why I'm thinking it's more a phone issue than anything else.

    I can say that is not the case.

    I can play this game on my I Phone and it works just fine.  I use the IPad as well to play the game to help see things better, but that is when the issue occurs.

    Quite confident there is a an issue between IPad IOS, and EA’s servers. Connection reliability can be gawd awful at times, especially if the IPAd idles.  It’s like the servers want hang up on the idling IPads to free up capacity.

    A simple internet connection issue would not have a firm date of the beginning of the issue. Most players who are experiencing connectivity issues noted it began with the roll out of seasonal currency. ( the Egyptian Pyramid Season).

    I wish EA would finally acknowledge there is a problem.  For players who cannot connect or get disconnected from EA’s servers will affect EA’s ability to make money.
