I am similarly just plodding along because it is virtually impossible to complete an epic by buying necessary items now. It is difficult to make all the necessary items in one’s own city. I can’t build up a store of items in order to do an epic and also do a lot of contest of mayors tasks and get war items! So the game is not what it was at all.
