Same issues as stated above. I ask EA for help last wednesday, still waiting for a reaction.
Don’t hold your breath for a sensible response. On chat so far they have said
They will help me with the game freezing - freezing is not the problem.
Back up the game - always backed up.
Restart the device - done this loads of times
Try their troubleshooting - who hasn’t!
None of these are the issue! They do not read the problem correctly. It seems specifically a problem with IOS 18.4.1

I've tried to report via the ingame help and keep getting bounced about so much it's infuriating.
Im am Android user and have been purchasing the Llama factory speed ups with the new in game currency on the latest seasonal currency showcase. Bought all 5. But they don't show up in the game only the turtle speed ups do. So I'm missing 10 expensive speed ups.
How do I report it as the links they've given me don't work either
One of my team is using 18.4.1 without issues. I checked my setting, apps, SimCity and turned on Allow Notifications. Not sure if it is a coincidence but so far running ok. If that changes I will post here again.
The issue on my I Pad seemed to be resolved Monday May 5. I suspect that was when EA was back at the office to check on their servers. I must of uninstall/ reinstalled the game a dozen times between May 2-4. I’m playing catch up in CoM now.

Unfortunately my iPad still has the same problems. Allow notifications seemed to work initially but then it was back to the same problems.
