Make it easier to report cheats
You need to add a ‘report player’ function to the player profile. The current system is impossible to use if trying to report user names with Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc characters.

I agree. I use screenshots so they can see the city, but your idea would be great. It’s so hard to even decipher some of the weird fonts that are used. This would also show that they actually care about punishing cheaters. An easy way to report hackers and cheaters would benefit everyone and improve overall player experience
They have made it almost impossible to report cheaters. They have changed it, now it is impossible to report any that have Russian, Chinese and abnormal characters. You cannot add a photo to the report either. Not sure why to bother anyway as the didn’t do anything anyway!
I agree. They don’t really do anything. I reported a very obviously cheating club. I saved the club code to check up on them. Not one city was ever removed. It really is a waste of time to report. Customer service is not what it used to be years ago
