Mass Transit HQ Under Construction.

Two questions #1 What is this for? #2 More importantly what is it gonna cost us? I fear yet another cashgrab!

I've read somewhere that they're going to sell mass transit passes. I guess those would be like the VU pass and other passes. Beyond that, EA has offered no information about the new HQ.
