I finished Season yesterday in my two cities. It is possible. But I noticed the lower scores as well. I usually just get enough com points to stay in mega league, so golden tickets haven't become an issue for me yet. But like you, I doubt if I will purchase the premium pass next season. Premium+ rewards are a Joke! 30 Mountain items! All I get from those is the gold coins Daniel pays after tying up 6 slots in my depot for 3 days. And of course the World Market is full of them.
There are a lot of things I still like about the game, but the number of them is getting less at each "Upgrade"!
EA doesn't listen. Never have. Customer Service stinks.
