We know of someone who did not cheat but was exiled to a cheat server for 1-1/2 years. Apparently EA looked into their game and saw the amount of resources that they had collected over a 10 year period and then thought they were cheating and put them on a cheat server. They had legitimately collected those resources through out those 10 years. No rhyme or reason for EA's actions. There is a web-site at EA where you can protest such an action as in a gaming ban.
