New COM assignment: spend simoleons on services
I just saw a new assignment called "Spend simoleons on services". I'm not sure what this means. How do I spend simoleons on services? What services are they referring to?

Thanks. I figured it out and bought a fire station and police station that I didn't need. I hope EA doesn't continue with this idea of buying things with simoleons as a COM task.
Buy or upgrade services like power plant, fire station, …
Note, upgrading roads is not considered spending on services.
Power, water, fire, police and so on.
