New update keeps crashing

Having a huge issue since the new update and season started. App crashes everytime I access services to make changes to any changes. No message, just a black screen mid play. iPhone 12 ios 26.2.3

Same here, issues with the game crashing over the last 6mths to a year and add in the new services update and requirement to pay to ensure my already happy city now isn’t because they’ve changed the goalposts. Shame on the developers as this is a good game but is now unplayable.
