No more Omega offers?
Context: I am level 57 with 70K neobank size 3 mil pop. I'm at tthe point where upgrading all of my omega services (power, water, sewer etc) cost more than 70K neosims. Only two paths to make continued upgrades a reality:
1) continue upgrading neobank capacity
2) accept city offers (from drone and controlnet) to sell omega items for neosims
Since the game allows exceeding the max capacity of your neobank when accepting a city offer, and this route is WAY less time consuming and painful than continuing to upgrade the bank, I want to go that route.
only one problem: the offers aren't showing up any longer. They usually show up once every 5-15 minutes, but now I can play for hours or days even and not get a single offer. It's maddening.
if I knew how the game determined when to display these omega item offers I'd solve my problem. Anyone else run into this? Any ideas?
