No power after disaster

Hi, I just unlocked the vu tower and have noticed that every building that gets destroyed by a disaster has no power after I rebuild it. They’re completely connected to the roads, and I have more than enough power to support them, but no matter what I do I can’t seem to get rid of the little thing saying they have no power. I’m pretty sure this is a bug, and have seen other players online making similar complaints
