No war rewards

For the EA Sports team,

Why didn’t I receive the war rewards even though I participated in the war and earned 10,000 war points? After the war ended, I didn’t receive any rewards at all, and this makes it difficult for me to participate in the next war because I’ve run out of resources.

If this is a glitch, please fix it and provide compensation.

Here is screenshot evidence that I did not receive the war rewards, and these are my remaining resources. I did not buy them from the war shop — they are leftovers from the previous war.
