The Product Owner needs to read this thread and rectify in the game. The limitations imposed on collecting tokens is extremely frustrating and the ‘math ain’t mathing!’. I have played this game consistently for 9 years and have spent many hundreds of dollars. Like others have noted, this is not acceptable.
