Really, you're that serious about the game? Is there a big prize for max population?
why do you play games Mackemsteve? You probably enjoy it or taking a pleasure of it, so it is not taking game that serious just trying to improve as much as possible to enjoy it. High population is one of possible goal in simcity build it.I wish I noticed that university bug I would rebuild 🙂
