I can’t access the report screen, the Black Friday screen or various other Season specific screens without it going pink, pixelated and frozen.
Additionally, the screen freezes and I get the Error 17 code if I don’t move around regions every 5 minutes.
I suspect these additional demands on the servers will exacerbate the freezing/bugs etc.
We have lost another 3 long term (8 years) players this last week. until the bugs are fixed it is ludicrous to add extra changes.
Have the exact same problems as well as the game just closing on me.
Same thing for me. And I couldn’t access any of the Black Friday rewards. About ready to quit this game.

I have also experienced this, especially when going to upgrade roads!
This and many other bugs have been reported for months now and EA just ignore it.
It has got worse. Every time I try to access fire, power, water, etc I get this.
