Hi. Our club id is #GCDLSC. We had two awesome players removed today. The irony is we are being slaughtered by a team that IS most likely cheating. The two players removed are fantastic team members who would never cheat and who are great team players who would give their right kidney for the rest of the team! Please resolve this. Worth taking a look at our current opponents...something smells off with them.
@sallyjayne71 You probably want to contact technical support and explain the situation with specific facts...they are the only ones that can be of any assistance. Good luck.
You may want to ask your current club president/chairman to check or change your club's settings temporarily.
When mayors are out of a club (even for one minute) their war arena level will reset to Arena 1.
If your club requires that they play in Arena 5 or 6 they won't be allowed to join or even send a request to join your club.
*Changing this setting will not change the Arena you battle in.
Of course, if your club is currently at war or even in the preparation phase, no one may join until the war is over.
