Plummeting satisfaction after reinstall

I find myself with a plummeting satisfaction after reinstalling the app (from 100% to 20%). It seems that the equipments (electricity, water, ...) have seen their capacities decrease while the demand...

    I didn't do anything, it resolved itself... I don't know how.
