You say you were only given regular Premium, not Premium+, but you then mention 5 advanced tiers - which you only get with Premium+. It's not clear what you are seeing.
How many tiers in total are in your Mayor's Pass track - is it 38 or 48?
Premium is 5 tiers and Premium + is an extra 10 tiers. I know, because I've been playing for years. I usually delete my game and start over. But always on Blue Stacks. I can't play on Android, as I am sight impaired and cell phones are too small.
