Railroad Connection Issue Sunny Isles

I am having this same issue in Sunny Isles, but have not been able to fix by deleting road and railroad tiles or removing railway stations.

I play on an iPhone. Username: LongestXenarch2674

Can someone advise on other ways to troubleshoot and fix?

I am also having the same issues in Green Valley. The railroad tracks are missing on the bridge connecting to my 3rd island.
