    Railroad tracks have to be built carefully. Only connect to the ends of other tracks, not to the middle. Bugs in the track layout cause cause excess track to appear which causes problems.

    Try removing roads that cross over or are near the bridge. Also, remove the excess track shown in your screenshot. Not sure why one of your rail bridges has no track. Try connecting to it anyway. Maybe the track will appear.
