Re: 3 days with full market with best prices in game, how can it be?

Once you click the advertise button, it puts your item at the top of the list to be displayed on the marketplace. The flaw is that, during peak hours especially, so many other people are advertising their wares that your items are quickly moved down the list and out of sight. Your advertised items are never recycled through the list and will forever continue moving downwards.

The trick I've found is to list the same item (even if it is just one and not a stack) at a low price to entice buyers to visit your city and they then see that previously posted item once they're in your store. The chances of them buying both are high. I've also found better chances of selling in off-hours (late at night) rather than at 8pm when everyone and their mother are posting.

I find that putting a bundle of seeds up often works as seeds are always in demand.

+1 I think RayJmond is correct.

Since there isn't a search or filter capability and you can only view 32 items at a time, the available advertised items should be randomly displayed to each person viewing the trade HQ.  This would at least help to make sure your advertised items are being seen by *someone* over a period of time.

I've always had Daniel eventually buy my items after a day or so.  It could be worse if that didn't happen.

If you limit the amount of an item to one or two it helps, because many players have limited storage. That matters more than price ... Sell one donut, watch, or lightbulb, not ten.
