Re: My snowflake has disappeared

A workaround is to clear the app data and re-run the tutorial before connecting back to your city.  After a re-boot the snowflake re-appears.

This has consistently happened half a dozen times now.

well, I have the same problem and the snowflake is not back yet. 

Guess this subject was not attractive enough for the ea support so they left the gamers by themselves to find a solution.

Is there anybody out there?

The name "SimCity Buildit Support" suggests that this *IS* the tech support mechanism.

If not then these EA games are worse than I thought.

This time my snowflake has not returned after reinstalling the game.

What a farce!

The forum is administered by an EA Community Manager who I believe looks after multiple forums and really does an excellent job. What I offered was a quicker solution by directly contacting technical support through the in game help section (I doubt technical support has time to monitor the forum). You can elect to explore my suggestion or sit here and complain - doesn’t make any difference to me.
