I agree. It's not as if you can use multiple Speed-up Tokens on the same facility at the same time. You can't sell Speed-up Tokens either. I don't see why having a limit is even necessary. I'm sure the devs have their reason, but from this side of the fence, it doesn't make any sense (other to be just another limiting factor with the intention of keeping us hooked on coming back).
