This is not something Community Managers here in the forum take care of, so not something we can help with. However, I've merged your post here as other players have discussed something similar in this thread and I thought you would like to read other experiences.

    i'm sorry that i have written in the wrong place, but i have read a lot of post here, and i have contacted ea support and the simcity buildit team support but until now the problem is not fixed, despite several tickets and revival, i'm so hopeless now, could you advice me what to do?

    hi all

    i was moved to the cheat server since 2 weeks, i didn't use any cheat, i don't know why, i have opened 4 tickets and a lot of revivals, until now i'm always in the cheat server.

    Absolutely no feedback from them, maybe it means "delete your game, we won't take care"

    The investigation isn't complex, just see log, see the ip address, the account...from which i connected, filter on my account, see events happen to account, then they can see if i cheated or not, and they can move the account to the normal server in the database. Moreover i'm not the only who have this problem, they are used to do it i suppose.

    One thing is sure that i'm INNOCENT. my friends are afraid that one day they will be banned by this unfair system and never get back.

    Then if you read this post, you might be moved to the cheat server, just stop the game because one day you will be removed to the normal server (if they decide to help you) you loose already trust, faith and motivation for this game.

    Come on man, you’re already on the Darkside being a distant relative of Darth...🙂 Just trying to lighten things up a bit, I understand your situation and appreciate where you’re coming from and hope your issue is resolved soon. Your post was moved here for a specific reason, please go back and read my exchange with the originator of this post and see if it gives you any insight or sounds familiar.

    I have absolutely no reason to believe anything other than you’re innocent. Something has occurred along the way that has led you to this point, perhaps you had a club member taking shortcuts in the war games and because of your performance you were accused as well...EA is somewhat thorough in this process and unfortunately it takes time. I hope you get good news soon. Good luck.

    Hi PinnacleValley,

    I'm really happy that at least one people replies to me even if you can't help me, be assured that i have read all post and previous comment of this topic relative to my problem, i have done my best to contact Ea and Buildit support but nothing better.

    Maybe as you said my performance let thinking that i cheated because in the contest Mayor i won a grand price with 129 k point and the second have only 111 k point, just after that i was banned.

    Even if one day i will be moved to the normal zone, there are always a risk that i will be banned one more time because there is a failure in their insfratructure, secondary i received a message in-game already (see screenshot), following this message in-game, the problem should be fixed but it's not the case, for me it means they have done a bad work.

    To conclude, very bad experience with Ea game.

    Hi @dangvador,

    I understand you want to keep playing as usual, but if you have already contacted support and they are looking into your ticket, that's all you can do. My recommendation is giving them some time to get back to you.

    HI,

    Got same situation. I was playing on my phone when battery died. So I've switched to another device as I got plenty of time and planned to rebuild my city completely (saved 700k of simoleons and 500 golden keys for that occasion). After couple of hours of hard work (population increased from 800k to 1.8mln) I have got back to first phone and realized that my progress has been lost. 

    Moreover I lost my club and found myself in some limited cluster of players. After 2 days I came here and learned that probably I've been accused for cheating which is not true however I can understand where it came from - big population growth in one day.

    Of course couple of issues here:

    - no message informing about what happened. I thought it was some kind of glitch/server replication issue.

    - found guilty and now how to prove that no hacks have been used?

    - I have played couple of days - what will happen if my account will be restored? Will it be reverted to status before expelling or will I cave my city progress from isolated server?

    I have created a ticket Today and let's hope it will be solved quickly. I'll stop playing now and will login occasionally just to check status.

    Hi katie,

    The problem is solved for me, i was removed to the normal server last week. As i have opened at least 6 cases i don't know what tiicket has allowed to solve this.

    When you open the case i think it's better you write in the subject field "wrongfully exiled to the cheat server", because in the first look it can help the support team to identify your problem and it's a common problem that many people have, the support team will solve it faster.

    For your information, the problem is solved for me after 2 weeks with a lot revivals on my tickets.

    @dangvador Thanks so much for replying I am glad you got back I am sorry it took two weeks it’s a real blow to hear that. I am day 5 and very miserable. I appreciate the information good luck in the game 🙂

    @Zmijass I have just read you have heard back from EA suggest you reply to their questions telling them clearly you are on cheats island and need to be moved back. This is good news they have emailed you Work with them eventually they will understand your problem and solve it
