Ever since the second to last update, my game loads Green Valley 80% & then the game crashes. Please help! I have several commercial buildings there & I can't make half of my stuff anymore!

I have the same issue : app crashes whenever I travel to Green City.
Used to crash when I destroyed roads next to the railroad bridge. Got fixed but then I could no longer open GC 🤬.
Also tried all the abovementioned options...
I did, hopefully I hear back from them soon.
It looks like you're gonna have to contact support then and raise the issue with them.

Have you checked for updates to your operating system?
Deleted the game's cache?
Updated anything else that has available updates?
Restarted your device?
Basically the usual questions that support will ask you if you contacted them about your issue.
They will probably suggest that you save your progress and delete and reinstall the game too 🤔
I've tried offline & it still crashes every time
Try loading the game while offline and try to rescue your commercial buildings at least.
