I am having same problem with Green Valley since 9/17
i have rebooted ipad, deleted game and reinstalled, updated IOS and nothing helps, very upsetting.
i have also noticed that app reinstall always opens city as was even though i deleted data before reinstall. Game also crashes on my iphone.
Do we ever get a response here from ea tech.

Please let me inform you that we have received similar cases from other players as well, and as such the issue has been raised to the concerned team who are currently investigating the cause for a possible fix.
So, I would request you to please wait for some time till this issue gets fixed.
