Service demands only 1

All my buildings, even at level 6 on 6, only have a service demands of 1. I cannot upgrade any of my services building, i buy them all maxed out. Whereas my friends struggle with electricity, wat...

Your friends just have an expiremental feature that hasn't been fully implemented yet. You're on the regular service system.

SimCity Buildit crashes constantly
Game keeps crashing when trying to access services. When I try to open roads, etc this is what I see! Very frustrating. I totally reinstalled the game and did all the suggested fixes to no avail.
